Info Session on the Farm Laborers Fair Labor Practices Act

Agricultural employers in NY are taking action now to prepare for new labor laws. This free info session will provide details about the Farm Laborers Fair Labor Practices Act, which takes effect on January 1, 2020. Representatives from NYSDOL will be present to answer questions and discuss how the changes will affect scheduling, payment of wages, and recordkeeping for ag employers.
